Wrong Mats?

Having recently purchased an ex-demo Roomster Scout, the day I picked it up it was missing it's mats, "No problem Mr. Jonny5ive we'll order you a set!" Nice!!

Got a call last week to say they were in, and have been to the dealers to collect them today. "I'll just chase them up from parts department as I did have them under my desk but they have dissapeared"

The brochure states 'SCOUT' floormats. I have been given these & I suspect they are not the right ones. Can you confirm my suspicions of being "fobbed off"

Any pics of the correct ones if so?

Re: Wrong Mats?

I figured there was a difference as they are listed as SCOUT mats for standard OEM equipment.

So what do the SCOUT mats look like so I can argue the case?

TIA

They say "Scout" instead of Roomster

Also they have white piping instead of black

Pity your dealer is not honest enough to say "oops, sorry; got the wrong ones. I'll re-order correct 'Scout' mats." or are they just ignorant of the correct ones.

Either way; I'd take them back and ask for the correct ones.

That's the plan. I'll casually slip him a copy of the correct part number from ETKA just so he knows he's wrong!!
