Favorit Mono motronic 5 pin diagnostic connector - how could it be used?

Just wondering if use can be made of the 5 pin Bosch Mono motronic diagnostic socket near the petrol vapour canister. For example, are there any fault code readers or interfaces for a PC that would work?

Might for example FORD 5 PIN FAULT CODE READER Car Service Tools Online Car Fault Code Readers Buy Tools CHEAP Online work?

SNAP-ON MT2500-61 SKODA-1A ADAPTOR ALSO FITS MODIS on eBay, also, Diagnostic Tools Equipment, Garage Equipment Tools, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 12-Feb-08 17:43:46 GMT) is the correct adapter for the Favorit diagnostic connector, unfortunately the snap-on diagnostics systems are mega expensive.
