| My '96 Flairline number plate lights have stopped working. I have replaced the bulbs and still don't work and can't get the unit out of the tailgate. Haynes manual says " with a small flat bladed screwdriver gently prize out the unit". I've tried with no luck, I don't want to force it and risk breaking it, does anyone know how to get the units out of the tailgate please. Tone |

| You are right it is a tw4t off a job to get them out , but if both of them have stopped working the problem will probably a broken wire in the rubber sleeve that conects the tailgate to the body. ( top left hand side)
