| Re: Headlight alignment Haynes' diagram is inaccurate; adjusters are normally top and inside (middle of car) of each lamp. The screw at the bottom is the 3rd mounting. |

| Re: Headlight alignment Adjustment screws are steel screw into nylon. They do seize up, and with some penetrating spray they will work loose (make sure you don't damage the screw head). Now, you can make small adjustments yourself, BUT there is no direct height adjuster screw - the light goes up and diagonal with one and up and across with the other. It is a matter of working all the screws to get the beam where you want it - not easy. MOT test stations have beam checkers and they may well do it free if you ask nicely I struggled with mine for 20 minutes and got the heights perfect - except they were then too much to the left. Doh! | Re: Headlight alignment oh well, the drivers side is seized and the screw head is well and truly knackered, gonna have to get the light out and do some writhing with a big set of pliers I think... ![]() |
