| Briskodian | Hello everybody, I'm new here and probably don't really belong to the community as I'm not a skoda owner, but I've always been a fan, especially of older models. I'm currently preparing to shoot a film in London and I would like the main character to drive an 80s skoda car. The film is very nostalgic and focuses a lot on things and details from the past. Skodas have this amazing look, that is hard to find around. I'm actually looking for a Skoda 130/135/136 or a skoda estelle or a skoda rapid (although I know this came out in '91). Unfortunately we don't have much money for the film but if you have one and would like to help out a young filmmaker for a couple of days there's 100£ (or perhaps a little more than that) that I disposed for this. We'll be shooting in June around London and have a very light crew (small cameras and tiny spotlights for the shots at night), the scenes in the car would only involve two crew people (plus the actor) and would just require us to drive around the city. I know this might sound a bit bizarre, but I just thought I'd give it a shot since it'd be a great addition to our film. I hope someone can help me out, Thanks a lot for reading this Haider |

| Briskodian | Re: Looking for 80s Skoda for Film David, thanks a lot, I will post an ad on Sko Forum. I was actually going to try to get in touch with your club too, to see if you could help me out perhaps; so I might as well ask you here: is there anywhere in London where I could ask or find an older skoda? any suggestions that might help me? I really appreciate the help. Thanks a lot Haider |
