My guess would be - the Audi team knew they were done for without bribing the race marshals so come first, Briskoda come a respectful second after proving all the doubters wrong, Team VW thought they were far superior but due to their badge snobbery and taking themselves for granted only managed third, and the Seat crews vehicles all broke down? Well.....????

Close Neelyp LOL. Our team of 5 was desimated by the no show by a Glasgow taxi deiver and his 2 mates, which then resulted in the long process of hiring 3 subs, team Skoda became team misfits. Thanks to Keith and Gav for turning up, we hired in a traffic cop ( who also won best Golf in show with a stunning G60 ), a young lady to keep the team in order and Gerry another Glasgow taxi man. The event was a 30 minute practice session to get used to the 70mph karts on the 900 meter outdoor circuit followed by a 90 minute endurance race. Team misfits finished 11th out of 16 which was great as our young lady seemed to spin on the same corner every lap on her first stint but got the nack on her second stint. Also KTP won the prize for knocking most tyres onto the track and burrying his Kart deepest in the tyre wall. Gav had the teams fastest lap, well done. Was a great day with some stunning cars on show, the other Neely from Fife won best Skoda in show with a very nice Fabia on unusual wheels. The only other thing was team fatboys led by Kristian beat us, must have been the extra weight going downhill. Pictures are available on the SVAG site under the show reports section Last edited by Glider; 05-08-2006 at 10:40.

just noticed this post, it was a good day, our team (the fat boys) were no where near the top of the leader board, but not at the bottom either, great fun getting the drifting into the corners, you forget they are pretty fast, till your traveling towards the tyre wall at a fair rate of speed... imy fabia was in the middle looking like i had came in through the field..
