Much better thanks; still a bit groggy but I'll be ok. I think now it's mainly due to the fact I still have to tell my boss I'm leaving (he'll know in about 20 minutes).

So all is well for tonight. Mind you, I haven't been in a vehicle since Saturday

He took it quite well actually, although I think it's got him worried, as I'm the only person who's happy to work by themselves in the middle of nowhere (and that knows how to change a wheel on the 4x4). So I'll have to decide who to hand over my remote wind farm projects to now!!

We should definitely alternate the colours.

That's right - I'll be finishing mid-june. I'm going to try and arrange so that I have a week inbetween jobs so I can have a sneaky holiday I think. After that I'll probably be heading down to their offices down south for a bit.

That's what I was told before/during the interview, but my contract mentions the head office being in Bristol, so it'll be one or the other! Sounds like the induction will just be a couple of weeks now, instead of the 3 months they originally mentioned, which is a relief.
