meeting at stirling services sounds cool,and thanks for the effort in checking if it'd be ok... I will be without swmbo and HC though, as their mum/grandma is comming up that weeken, so I'm planning an escape

being alone though, I may be a bit too scared to come unless Rob comes up to keep me company!....

c'mon Rob......... those Scottish roads make for a much better drive than the English ones!

Davy says no worries Sharkrider, he just based it on SWMBO and HC just in case, the thing is with this campsite is seem very friendly and can change at the last minute if required.

You can't go to Killin with out a scenic drive up Glen Lyon and back via Aberfeldy. Some fantastic photo options.

I've just checked the long range weather forecast for next weekend. Saturday's looking ok, I won't mention what it says for the other days, but the long range forecast isn't too reliable anyways. But it never rains in Perthshire

As for midgies, if there's lots around I might just shut myself in the tent and refuse to come out. I've been attacked several times this week already
