Also we have a desperate Scot looking for Octavia vRS alloys and has just came into some cash thanks to a very nice Scottish dealer.

Thanks Manny, I was hoping to create a general thread in here but the date box wouldn't let me , thus the over population of the callander.

For AMD, the promised porn may have to wait till Tuesday, the wife seems to have borrowed it today, I'd rather post daylight pictures.

Question Re: Scottish General Chat Thread.

I hope this is in the right area.
I am wondering if any of the Scottish contingent knows any history on either of these cars:

this one

or this one

I am on the hunt for a Fabia VRS and wish to go and view these 2. A little prior knowledge wouldn't be a bad thing
I do stay in the same village as the Thomson & Potter dealership and my uncle does the body repair on some of Fairweather's cars but they don't appear to have anything in the way of pre-owned Fabia VRS'. I'll go for a new one if I have to but would prefer a well looked after 2nd hand one.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Paul.

I do hate to quote myself. I find it rather pretentious
I have decided to go for a new one now. Just a matter of sorting out the intricacies of the deal, although I may not be buying as close to home as I would like to.....Time will tell.

Re: Scottish General Chat Thread.

Is there anyone in the Perth / Dundee area that owns a Sprint Yellow Fabia vRS?
I would like to see one in the flesh and outwith a showroom.
I looked at the one in Fairweathers the other day but the showroom lights were doing it no favours what so ever.
I am torn between Red or Yellow and would like to place my order this weekend.
