Scottish VAG mega meet 2 and karting

Scottish Vag mega meet 2 just outside Edinburgh.
Do we want to get a team together for the karting ( we need 5)

"Venue for this Mega meet is the "Raceland" Karting complex off the A1 on the outskirts of Edinburgh.On Sunday 30th of July 2006.
On the day we will have an Endurance karting race for 16 teams each consisting of 5 drivers.For those who don't know about "Raceland".It has both indoor and outdoor circuits.We will be using the 930 metre outdoor circuit with the 70mph twin engined pro Karts.
Also we will have a show & shine competition.The usual raffle with various prizes and also a seperate raffle for which tickets will be limited and the prize in this will be a VW car.
We are putting out invites to the likes of the XR owners,RS owners and also the Retro car club to see if they'd like to enter teams in the Karting and take part in the other activities.
Costs will be posted very shortly with Scottishvag paid members getting discounted rates for the Karting.
The raffle will be the usual £1 a strip but,the car raffle will be £10 per ticket.Raffles are open to all who attend.
Seperate area for stand cars and also parking on site for over 160 cars.
Full catering facilities and toilets on site also.
Prizes for 1st,2nd & 3rd in karting,Same for show & shine and also other prizes being presented for various other things. "

I have been a member for a while now, but never posted.
Time for things to change.
Def up for the karting, and maybe the show and shine ( if i can be bothered and get my car in to the body shop for some over due work

)

Could be interested also, I see the cost is at £24 for the racing.

I am in Bo'ness, with a Black Magic Octy Vrs abd would consider it if a team is organised, Team Vrs ??

Karting is always good fun, but would need to get the Meguirs out on the car 1st !
