keswick beer weekend/BBQ/Drive (feeler)

OK... best date for this is August 17th (fri) and 18th (sat)

I need numbers for the rugby club to decide if we can take them over.. need to know if the kids are comming too, and how many cars ect ect... this is a feeler, but we can almost certainly do it, the rugby club guys said they'd get me another field if the board deny us thiers! if another date is better, its gonna have to be the second weekend in Sept, when it may be a bit cold!!!

price would be £5 per head/per night and we would get toilets/showers, the clubhouse for beer (hell the whole of Keswick is 1 minute walk away, we have about 20 pubs in the town centre!! supermarket is visible from the field!)

this will be like the other BBQ meet, but with the town a stones throw away!

Please put your name on the list if interested!!! (and state if the second week in sept would be better)

mmm , dates are a nightmare! we're away earlier in the month unfortunately...

can you make it for the day on the 25th meet? (check out the NW section) or is that too far for a day ?

Cant do the 25th, but any other Aug/Sept weekend is ok!

this weekend is the 17th / 18th... (you can just stay the sat 18th if you wish

the 25th is a seperate thing... one dayer in the NW section

check out the NW section, we're having a meet on sat 25th aug... we meet up, have a chat, go to the pub for lunch, then go out for a drive
