I'm potentially interested, depending on date a bit (and permission by the CEO ).

Hmm...could be fun even just to watch. Not sure about the 1.6 though, I wouldn't
want to show anyone up...

Especially not myself...

I think I'll just try and see what I get out of the car at Bruntingthorpe, if that's still going ahead...? I'd be well interested to do a GPS test of the speedo accuracy, and therefore also real 0-60 times too. Ooh, and, whilst its legal, the true top speed too..

Just remember not to bugger around with your headlights before you attempt a run

I'd be interested in it too, although too far away for me to make the effort to be honest!

If they're a particularly good set of headlights that they distract you?

Seriously, think it's another reference to Jason's inability to place the rubber cover
on the back of his headlights properly, resulting in it falling off and...well,
full story's in "It's a Classic" thread in the lounge...

You haven't heard about my little headlight / gearbox incident yet? Most have...

Nick

I think the discussion about this kind of appeared, hung around like a bad smell, then slowly fizzled out. I think some people were talking about the September meet happening at Bruntingthorpe, but as July's only ended up being a test-run, and after tracing the route of the Welsh run, I think that Oulton is the venue instead.

Perhaps one of the mods / planners would comfirm as such?

Cheers
