Plus the organisers haven't even got back to me with a definite date and how it's all going to work.

Aye - cut-off is usually about 2 and a half weeks before the show - which means around the 17th/20th August.

By that time I need to have collectcd EVERYONEs payments and then send the show booking form to TRAX with my own credit card details.

It's a lot more work to organise for me, but it's usually worth it.
