| I'm bringing a portable bbq to trax, so wondered how much meat I should bring. Anyone who is interested in food drop your name here and I'll try and bring enough. The cut off for this thread will be 8am on Saturday as the bits and pieces will be being bought then. It will be a case of putting a bit of money in a tin to cover costs, so about a £1 a burger/sausage in a roll or bacon roll. I'll work on a couple of burgers or sausages in a roll per person for late lunch and a couple of pieces of bacon in bread/a roll for breakfast. Obvious disclaimers apply.

| Hmm ok breakfast and late lunch... sounds like i might need a second bag of coals then. So I'll work on a couple of burgers or sausages per person for late lunch and a couple of pieces of bacon in a roll for breakfast. If somebody can bring some sauces and kitchen roll etc that would be great. I won't be bringing any drinks as probably no space for that. - Cheezemonkhai (Breakfast and Lunch) - Andrew (Breakfast and Lunch) - Jason (Breakfast and Lunch) Add yourself to the list and I'll have a work out what i need to bring.

| I'll probably raid Tesco for drink. The weather looks to be warm and sunny/cloudy so keeping hydrated will be important. Also bringing factor 25. Also, don't forget collapsable seats too. Can get quite tiring walking around. ![]()

| Should I ask about your own sausage ![]() In all seriousness though, I can't guarantee it won't come into contact with beef, pork or bacon etc as I'll be doing breakfast on the thing then the lunch later when it gets going again.

| My sausage is fine thanks. It's not special in any way and will stand up to contact with other meat and there should be plenty for others. What I mean't was could I borrow your BBQ? Although it is no hassle to bring disposables.

| Are you bringing a large qty of sausages then? The reason I ask is obviously I'm trying to work out what to get (thanks to EE for volunteering to bring extra meat) so that we have enough food, but are not out of pocket at the end of the day. Last thing I want is a load of left over meat etc. If you are bringing a load of sausages and don't mind sharing them out then by all means go for it.

| Might be as well getting some tins of beans, disposable plates, and some eggs in, Mark. Just a suggestion - but I'm sure they'd go down well. Oh - and an extra 3 pairs of hands to help you out. ![]() Whatever, have a good time - once you get away from the portable BBQ
