Phil, I think I remember the back route in better than where you live. I know it's the left exit of a mini-ish roundabout as you leave Bicester (is it Bicester?!). I seem to remember it being a straight road with a kind of speed chicane

If you want, PM me your postcode to prove just how far out I am

But either way, 7:30 may be a bit late as we're likely to drive past yours at around 7:10 / 7:15

I did ask to meet up in the convoy but I am travelling from Leamington Spa and don't need to head down to Oxford?

My wife said that if it is raining, she won't come... birthday or not. I'll have a spare ticket if that happens. You should be able to buy entry tickets when you are at the gates though, surely?
