Pro's Small and friendly, Know their stuff with accessories, test drive at short notice, good selection of cars to view in the showroom. Con's Lack of Furby vRS literature, Can't think of much else!! Service side I was reminded of a back street garage set up, so ended up doing own servicing after 10k! Lack of waiting area, so no while you wait servicing! No refreshments offered at all, Talked down to by service people. Sales 9/10 Service 3/10 Overall 6/10 I would definitely buy another car off them, but not get it serviced by them! |

I would recommend them for buying a car, they seem to always have 4x4 hatches for sale |

Staff were brilliant - it's like dealing with friends. Car looked good when we went to view/test drive/buy. Turned up to collect today and they had brought car to showroom condition, even replacing 2 x scuffed wheel trims and a stone-chipped front number plate. Car immaculate in & out and prepping had been done without asking/arguing/haggling. A truly pleasurable experience and what promises to be a very good first car for not much money, (incl 1 year Skoda warranty and AA cover). We can recommend this as a sales outlet without hesitation. |

| Bought a Fabia from them but realised it was too small about 4 weeks later. Charged me £1000 for my trouble and 500 miles and because it had added an extra owner to the log book. And I believed them. Went back to see them a couple of days later only to see the furby priced at the same as I paid for it. Not only that, but I bought an Octavia from them to replace the Fabia. As far as I'm concerned, Le Car Go to another dealer before you comit to these con-men! |

| I've had my 2003 Octy II 1.9TDI from Le Car Centre. Since about 6 months old. Sales Side OK. But Beware!!! I've always had my suspicions about the servicing side of the business and they were borne out today. Apparently my car failed it's MOT according to them because the tyres only had 2mm of tread. I had to advise them that the minimum for an MOT pass was 1.6mm and hey presto I passed. I had used the depth gauge the night before so knew they didn't have a leg to stand on. Worse still was the realisation 5 minutes down the road that they had lifted 2 gallons of diesel from my tank. Not best pleased. Avoid! |

| I popped down there when I was last in Welwyn dropping SWMBO off at her mums about 4 years ago. They were my local dealer for a while in the late 90's when i lived in Highbury and I always found their used prices to be rather high compared to other dealers.Sales staff were polite but showroom was cramped, cars were parked all over the place, and they wouldnt budge on screen prices. No wonder they had ex-demos in stock for 2 or 3 years without them selling until they had realistically priced them. |
