| Bought the Hearse here. Very friendly and knowledgeable Sales staff. Service department seem over worked with little time to work on Customer Satisfaction.

| Re: Phoenix Motors Ltd - Dublin 12 Very hard to get Service Dept to ring back with info or return calls. Receipt printed could only show labour costs but not what parts were replaced. Checked oil after collecting car and found dipstick broken. Service manager asked "was it not like that" Should take some example from Prussia Street customer service. |

| Re: Phoenix Motors Ltd - Dublin 12 I just bought my motor there, I echo what Bpm says re-sales staff, I've had no real dealings with service end, but hearing reports like above and some others maybe Prussia st is the place to go for aftersales work ![]()

| Re: Phoenix Motors Ltd - Dublin 12 Hello Simonize here I found this branch fine. they where busy before Christmas 2005 but still put my car on the computer and still isolated a fault I had with the thermostat. Parts sales staff great very helpful and no problems. O yea (just added three hours later!) I have a local mechanic he is the one that finds the problems and makes sure there is no more and he pulls no punches. thanks Simonize Last edited by SIMONIZE; 06-06-2006 at 15:00. |

| Re: Phoenix Motors Ltd - Dublin 12 Bought my Superb in their sister garage in Prussia Street but decided to get the car serviced here as it is near work and was very disappointed in the standard of service . The clutch needed to be replaced but they refused to replace it saying that it would have to be brought back to the Prussia Street garage they replace a blow headlight bulb and some how damaged the headlight which now mists up and refused to fix the issue saying it would cost me 250+ to replace the headlight. The garage in Prussia street is miles better no problems getting issues sorted free car when get the clutch got replaced i hightly recommend the Prussia street garage stay well away from the one in D12. |

| Re: Phoenix Motors Ltd - Dublin 12 Two positive experiences so far. First time, they whipped the OEM radio out so I could put an aftermarket one in, no charge. Second time, the cigarette lighter wasn't working, after a few mins of investigating we narrowed it down to a fuse which was replaced again free of charge. Will be getting my vRS serviced by these guys soon enough and will report back (don't think they'll do the service free of charge though! ) |

| Re: Phoenix Motors (JFK Rd) - Dublin 12 No longer a fan of this dealer. Went to buy my third Octy from them this week and they really couldn't give a toss. Went elsewhere and saved €2.5k |
