Cons: Became very stroppy when I told them I'd wait for the car to be serviced. Then kept waitinf for 4 hours. Didn't have any rear Fabia wiper blades in stock and the replacement front blades were utter crap (smeared) in the rain.

Sales team really helpful. I went to look at Superb 2.5v6 after work and whilst clearly couldn't test drive then, (closes at 6 which I think is good) we arranged a test drive for a weekday afternoon. Took it for a spin for over an hour, and salesman was polite and friendly. Bought car that day and picked it up following week.

Service can't really comment on, it's just been warranty stuff so far that's been dealt with efficiently, so no costs in a year of ownership!

Only ha oil change and post pothole inspection - beware though, they cant do tracking on a fabia vrs!!??

apart form that, well helpful and make you feel valued instead of like another switch card

Just found this area - Service comments relate to Oct 2006.

Parts and service depts - always helpful and friendly so far.

Completed annual service, brake fluid and coolant change faster than I expected, given that they'd had 2 mechanics call in sick that day, and I didn't even get the car to them until after 9AM. Also washed car (interior may have been vacumned, but was clean enough I'd not know either way) despite being busy.

Just remembered following a look at another review; they called me (on my mobile) to let me know when the car was ready for pickup.

Car went in for a service back in April. managed to find over £800 worth of faults. Subsequently taken to an independent skoda specialist whio checked all"faults" and stated only front brakes at £150 wanted changing. all others he could find nothing to justify the long list. owner a single woman aged 25!! with no mechanical knowledge.

Queensborugh motors have been taken over by Henry's and are now located in Kyle street, charing cross, rather than hyndland.
Have car booked in to get ARB brushes changed under warranty, squeaking just too much! will report back!!

More specifically, Kyle Street is behind Glasgow Caledonian University (from city centre) and just off the M8.

Also had a normal inspection service - cost under £100, and all other comments from post #7 still apply.

Was just reminded, they warned me I needed some brake work done soon, but made no effort to sell me parts, never mind try and get the business.
