I feel I must post regarding recent customer care I have received from 'Express Garage ' Herne Bay ,Kent. I have no connections with this garage , other than having my Fabia Warranty Claims being dealt with without question. Now the Warranty has lapsed,I went there regarding my recent posts .(hub lock nut,and boot opening roblems) 'Steve' who works in the parts department ,was very knowledgeable , and more than helpful. At one time 2 fitters ,and Steve were trying to find why my boot would not open without being lifted by another person. They must have spent over an hour . No parts were needed,and I did not have to pay a penny for there help!!. This sort of help is scarce in our modern times ,and feel that all credit should be given to 'Express Garage'
