I don't mind that I paid perhaps a few hundred pounds more than I could have elsewhere; I like to have this kind of relationship with the dealer. I'm known already (the number plate probably helps there though).

Have dealt with QAS/Caffyns for five years and have always found them helpful and efficient. Service reception always have time to discuss any problems and have never had problems with delays in booking or availabilty of courtesy car.

They do all the servicing on my Seat, my dad's VRS Fabia and our VW transporter, very helpful people!
