Good efficient friendly service, phone to keep you informed of progress, willing to help and let technicians come out on test drive to identify problems, nice waiting room with tea/coffee.

Can be crowded at peak times (eg early morning) to park (where isn't in Brighton & Hove!) and attend to you but this is typical of any service centre.

Mercedes C Class courtesy car available if you ask nicely! Can browse lots of good looking Mazdas while waiting as not a Skoda retailer yet (at time of writing this).

So good relief for us on the South Coast who've been without an authorised Skoda service centre for a while.

Had the vRS serviced at Rivervale last week.

I'd booked 5th December but they thought I was coming in 12th (I wasn't) but took the car in anyway so no problems there.

I asked them to look at a potential coolant leak (there wasn't one) and potential underside damage (there wasn't any) due to a large and nasty pot hole - thank you Brighton & Hove Council.

Service was friendly, efficient and the car was cleaned inside and out on my return. I'd recommend them for this with the only point that they can't check wheel alignment but this was explained from the start. Besides, that's what tyre specialists are for!

Give them a call.

30k annual service at Rivervale again, nothing adverse to report and all good (as per above post).

I might try elsewhere for a comparison next time.
