| Re: '05 Skoda Fabia VRS - £7200 Thanks folks, really need to sell it as my wife has a new job closer to home, and as we have no finance outstanding on the Fabia it has to be the one to go. I really hope the car goes to good home, as it would be a great wee car for someone, and probably the perfect base for modifications as all I have done to it is put on some German style pressed plates (originals retained btw), and fitted a Green Cotton air filter around 3000 miles ago. I'll be away until tomorrow afternoon, once I get home I am hoping to give it a good wash and polish, then I will try and post some updated pictures. ![]()

| Re: '05 Skoda Fabia VRS - £7200 Well due to the frankly laughable Scottish summer that we are having, the car did not get valeted or polished over the weekend. ![]() Due to work commitments this week, I will be having it cleaned inside and out by my mate who runs his own car cleaning/valeting business.I have also listed the car on ebay, and will sell to the first person to offer me £7000. The car is not going to be used from now on so really need it go asap. Thanks again.

| Re: '05 Skoda Fabia VRS - £7200 Must be the way the market is at the minute, as I have had lots of interest with nobody actually coming to view the car! It is sitting doing nothing now so the first person to offer me £6500 takes it away! Must be considered a bargain at that price! I can be contacted on 07515 422952

| Re: '05 Skoda Fabia VRS - £7200 Hi. Your ebay listing states "NO RESERVE, sell to highest bidder". Currently bid is £4300. Now, I'm not familiar with ebay Motoring policy, but assuming the highest bid is £4900, for instance, are you stuck with accepting that bid?

| Re: '05 Skoda Fabia VRS - £7200 ledude05 - Car has no factory fitted extras, it is just standard VRS spec. ming - Strictly speaking, you are right. Although having had a few people ask what would I stop the auction for. I have to be realistic and say £6500. I would then ask that person to stick on a high bid and in effect end the auction. I do not think that is unreasonable. It might also work out like you are saying, I might only receive £4-5k for it. It is a chance I have chosen to take.

| Re: '05 Skoda Fabia VRS - £7200 Thanks mate. Fingers crossed that it makes a good price, although if it sells for around £6k then I will just accept that and move on. The fact is that we do not really have any need for two cars, and with nowhere to keep the Fabia I would prefer it to go to somebody who will use and enjoy it. ![]()
