It is time to sell my trusty Fabia vRS. Details:

Full main dealer service history including cam belt change

Rear door seals were replaced under warranty and ancillary carrier seal mod was done at same time, so no wet carpets.

Console bushes (the infamous lower arm rear bushes) were replaced under warranty late last year.

New clutch, actuator and dual mass flywheel fitted at 110,000 miles (clutch was dragging)

Car has had a very minor cosmetic collision damage to the rear end (have not had it repaired yet, although it happened months ago). Car is booked in for next week. I can send photos if anyone needs to see condition prior to repair, but it really is barely noticeable.

Car has been run on top quality oils at all times. Oil consumption is less than 0.7L over a 10,000 mile service interval, which is roughly how much you have left over from a 5 L can after an oil change.

Car has a mild (torque limited) custom remap which can be removed if required. However, it is a Jabbasport custom job and the car drives so well with it. The map was designed to give a performance boost, a more linear throttle response, good fuel economy and to look after the mechanical bits, so no over driven turbo or huge mountain of torque.

The interior is generally good and has worn well. The car will be fully valeted prior to sale. There is a very small (5mm) tear in the drivers side seat bolster fabric, which I may have repaired at time of sale. This is not from wear, it was damaged by a belt stud. There is also a small hitch low down in the seat back (again a belt stud). Otherwise the interior is very tidy indeed.

The exterior is generally tidy. The wheels have minor kerbing damage (no heavy impacts, just the occasional light brush with a kerb at stopping speeds). There is a blemish on the rear passenger door that will mostly polish and push out but small enough that I was not bothered to do it.

The car starts, runs and drives perfectly. The engine is smooth, quiet and responsive. Fuel consumption is better than when it was new. The car is fitted with 4 Toyo T1R tyres. These are around 2,500 miles old on the front and around 6,000 miles old on the rear.

All accessories, ancillaries, interior / exterior lights and lamps, switches, aircon and audio work perfectly (no niggles or intermittent problems).

As the car is going in to have the bumper replaced next Tuesday, it will be available for viewing toward the end of next week. Apart from this repair and a full valet, the car will be seen "warts 'n all" so nothing is hidden.

I am really going to miss this one when it has gone. It has been well cared for and much loved.

Yes, they do, but not too cheap though for a set, but you can buy them one at a time, depending which one is worn out, its usually the drivers one first.

They aren't that expensive Gerry. Under £50 for the set IIRC. Yes you can buy them individually too. My mats were £90 for the BMW!!
