If I can get a quick sale (insurance renewal due) it will go, otherwise it stays!

New MOT until July 2009, long tax (£120 a year). 44mpg at the very worst.

FSH stamped, 83K, cambelt done at 70k and not due. Major 80K service done 18 months ago, and a small service 6 months ago. I'm second owner.

As far as I can tell it is unmodified and drives faultlessly, strong engine, no noises etc.
Owned by me 2 years no problems. Prior, it was a small company's car local to me - so motorway miles up to 79k - I have hardly used it since.

Silver with black leather and all L&K extras.

Faults - bodywork/some plastic trim needs a tidy/valet - this is mostly all too minor to show up in photos so you will have to view - it still looks smart. Front bumper has a scuff and washer pod broken - painted replacement sold with car, sill dent from jack slip.

Only one key (previous owner confirmed other lost) - but I have SKC and sale will include a genuine VAGCOM cable, Haynes manual etc.

The price is £4250 - allowing a big margin for any rectification required.

Nice car, shame it's not estate! Is it still £115 to tax like the 110tdi or is it more expensive given the PD engine isn't quite as efficient? I'm hoping the 6 speed box mitigated the PD a bit and you are still in the same tax band.

Thanks. If it doesn't sell quick I'll have to tidy up the niggles myself - it would be a crime not to.

I think Tax will be Band F in future years £120 rising to £125 - good value for the performance. The Octavia hatch is probably bigger than a lot of estates!
