Hi Guys,

I'm reluctantly having to sell my Yellow Fabia Vrs for a bigger car, expanding family forces sale.

2004 04 plate Yellow
Superchipped
Uprated Brakes on the front (Octavia Vrs)
58k miles

Other than that its a good solid honest little mover

Never had any problems with it

Also full Skoda service history

Thats a good looking car - and its priced to sell IMHO.

If you have any problems getting rid, I can recommend sticking with the Fabia and investing in some roof bars and a roof box to help cope with your expanding family - http://briskoda.net/fabia-i/big-little-car/120121/

I viewed this car when it used to be in edinburga and it was pristine condition then ! always wish i had bought it but my dad talked me out of a yellow one.....till 6 months later i got one

looks just as good now and very reasonable priced !!!!

No it was on the car around a year before he bought it... Its on another Fabia now i think

Awww thanks guys, a few people viewed the car over the weekend the only sticking point is the cambelt hasn't been done. Although I've been totally upfront about it and will accept a lower offer to reflect this. I just know if I get it done I'll wanna keep her and say sod it to the espace my partner has talked (read conned) me into buying.

A few have PM'd me saying look at the roomster, but its JUST SOOOOO ugly... Mind you an espace isn't exactly pretty...

If I don't have any joy by wednesday she'll be chipped in against something bigger (read espace)

and then who knows her fate

, collecting wednesday, well my wife is collecting so Ill not get to drive it till the weekend

, Looking forward to getting it, bit of a downsize for us as we have had mostly big cars, but Im sure we wont look back, as it will be half the cost of fuel,tax and cheaper insurance of the car we already own,

Will it be nice and clean for our collection

Awww I'm SO pleased shes going to a good home.

I'll give her one last clean and polish tomorrow if the weather is fine (it should be)

Other than that she's not moving out of the garage till Wednesday

Congrats on the purchase of your vrs. I bought the car new in 2004 from pullyns in York [now Martin Beaver ] and she gave me good service. Glad she's gone to a good home .Often wondered where she was. Look after her for me..........

Cheers mate, o it will be very well looked after, always look after all my cars, Ive borrowed a pc polisher to try on my volvo off ACSC, well impressed so going to buy one myself, Im thinking of getting some octavia alloys, cupra-r spliter and hopfully fit my hid's to it, you dont know if they are H7 bulbs do you by any chance,

o and get Cruise fitted

Sorry mate not up on bulbs. I did put some 100watt rallies in the main beam though......NOW they were bright.....

and she had her own private plate B19 VRS

I've got an aftermarket HID kit fitted to mine, it is tight but the lights are way better than even the Skoda xenons.
