| Future event ideas? I got to thinking on the way back from Weston about meets that could involve some group activity (carfeul now!) or other for the future. Has anyone been to the Haynes museum at Sparkford (A303)? They do group entrance pricing, I'd imagine it would be something to attract most car nuts, and, though thier website is a bit pants, it does mention curcuit hire. I've dropped them an email requesting more info.... Also just off the A303 at RNAS Yeovilton is the Fleet Air Arm Museum. We went there on Sunday, Thought it a bit pricey at £9.50 a head and it's become more of an "experience" than a museum since I last went security had to chuck us out at closing time Group pricing also available but as it was a Sunday there was no one about that could give an accurate idea of what this would come out at. Another place that is a right laugh is Diggerland (near J27 M5), entrance is quite cheap IIRC, though you can blow a small fortune on the machines dead easy, all day pass is the best bet... Anyhoo, just a few thoughts for you all, I for one am definatively looking forward to the prospect of a barbie over Marlborogh way as Hana could be driving (we're in Swindon ) and we picked up a couple of gallons of dirt cheap Farmhouse Cider at the W/E from Perry's Cider Mills ![]()

| How's about a treasure hunt as that can involve the whole family? Basically pick a good driving route and do clues that can be easily got while driving passed, with a couple of stop-offs at places of interest. Could make it an hour's driving either side of a pub lunch to make a day of it? Can also have an easy route and a challenging route. I've done a couple so if you want any help with producing directions, etc, drop me a pm. ![]() Oh, and make sure you give Jon the challenging route as he needs a handicap ![]() ![]() Chris
