As you're in Falmouth pop down to the W.C. Rowes at Trago Mills end and ask for Leanne. It'll surprise the hell out of SWMBO.

Re: Very South West Meet - 26th April

I will be keeping my eye on this fuel shortage thing and see how it goes during the week but at the moment it's not looking good and I don't want to waste a whole tank of fuel in one day and then not be able to get any more

Re: Very South West Meet - 26th April

It shouldn't effect it, we bypass camborne on A30, everyone will be in local roads.

Still not sure if I'll be there, family down, but might make a dash for freedom, perhaps meet down at Perranporth.

Main car park? They're charging now, £2-3 I think.

Guess you'll be there by 2:30- 3pm

Hope to see you there, bring cameras, nice to see some pics if I don't get there.

Indeed it is - however the little private garage in Connor Downs is giving it a good run for it's money. (We'll be meeting up near Connor Downs).

Re: Very South West Meet - 26th April

OOPS spoke too soon......looks like the panic buying has started and there are a lot of petrol stations already out of fuel

I'll be watching the news and make my mind up later.....

what are the queues/stations like in Cornwall

Re: Very South West Meet - 26th April

Not too bad, I've yet to see a queue that's been longer than normal at any of the local petrol stations.

I'll definitely be there with a mate.

Didnt think they would make it that far.Homemade ones were lovely didnt eat until 8.30.It takes hours to do the veg and make the pastry. They were very nice though.Worth the wait.
