I have been considering coming up on my own as Mr P is in the middle of night shifts then and his shift is so short he probably wouldn't be able to get it off.

I have never done a run like that completely alone before, so is there anyone going from dahn saff that I could convoy with? I know the way but it would just be nicer not to be alone.

There will be plenty going from down our neck of the woods, we generally meet at Chievely Services at silly o'clock but I'm sure you'd find someone heading up from Portsmouth or Southampton

I would go via the Southampton ferry rather than Pompey.

Southampton is probably a better bet! Definitely cheaper! If I go thats the way I will be heading. Even though an hour on a ferry trip from the IOW to the mainland is crazily long
