Autoglym Aqua Wax

Just tried this on the works van that hasnt been washed n waxed since last summer.

Very easy

Step 1. wash car
step 2. rinse car
step 3. spray aqua wax on car
step 4. wipe car with cloths supplied to a dry high gloss finish
with massive water beading
step 5. relax
Cant recommend it enough, ideal for those who are lazy or even an ideal stop gap between indepth waxing. It is that good

Re: Autoglym Aqua Wax

I have to agree I have used it on both my and SWMBO's Skodas and it is great, lasts well and still beading up after 3 weeks since the last wash. Excellent product and dead easy to use.
Also it does a good job of the plastics and side/rear windows no white residue.

Just wondering, where did you get it from and how much did it cost?

I know I'll never fit my ruddy car in it
Seroiusly though, I have never seen it.
It sounds like a decent 'top up' between waxes.
I think first of all though I must use up all of my other stuff, because the W.O. has said she may consider buying me a p.c. if I keep her Octavia up to scratch....
Hmmmmm.

Re: Autoglym Aqua Wax

Meguiars Quik Detailer is excellent for in betweeen waxes.
I must say I only "in between" every other polish but this is great for using as a clay lubricant also...
Le results

Not bad for not a massive amount of work

Re: Autoglym Aqua Wax

still cannot find this aqua wax stuff in the shops, but saying that a quick wash today and lather left it looking like i had waxed/glossed it so i might just give it the full wax/gloss thing once a month as the stuff ive used seems to be pretty good.
