Re: the best glass cleaner ?

malt vinegar and old newspaper does the trick, plus you can also stick it on your chips too

I've always used Auto Glym Glass polish for good results

- I tend to give the glass a once over with some claybar that's getting past it's best. Lubricate with some QD as you go along, dry off, then a coating of AG GP

The some Aquapel over the job. A top job, well done!

Re: the best glass cleaner ?

I like AG glass cleaner too, only 2 dislikes about it, 1, it smells like hair dye, that ammonia peroxide smell, goes away when dry tho and 2: it goes very powdery when buffed off, if you do it last then I have to go and give the car a dusting afterwards.

Have to say, when I tried it I found it to be utter b*llocks - left my windows smeary and the car stank of vinegar.
I found that normal domestic window cleaning products work best (my product of choice is Nilglass).

I like the old pink windolene liquid.. its amazing stuff!

I use a clay bar on my glass first, gets rid of all the crap.
