| Briskodian | Cleaning the brake callipers Just washed my furby vRS and realised that the green callipers I love so much are almost black at the moment. Does anyone have any tips for cleaning them? I don't seem to have any cleaning tools that will reach!

312's and 16" wheels don't give much clearance for cleaning. ![]() ![]() I use VIROSOL and a bunch of tesco value toothbrushes to clean both the alloys and calipers etc. Great product & cheap compared to other alloy cleaning products. A google search tells you how popular it is.

| Re: Cleaning the brake callipers I spray mine up with wheel cleaner then use a old tooth brush to scrub the dirt off. Bit easier though with octy alloys.

| Re: Cleaning the brake callipers Alas not. They got divorced from thier previous husband, and being the casinova I am I charmed them away from him. They are now very firmly married to me (& the car) ![]() |

The work was done by the previous owner of the wheels at the above location IIRC it was about £100-£125 for the four of them.
