Good polish and wax once, twice a year.
Regular wash with wax additive.

The rest is for the 'wierdos'

I've polished my car only once in 3 years - really needs a pro now to buff out all the sand-induced haze/swirls, etc.

Keep meaning to, but more interested in function tbh....

To be a wierdo you need to list at great length the equipment and products you used, the time it took, post both before AND after pics, thank all your friends for their help whether they were there or not, post pics of the car looking as if it's just been on fire and put out by an airfield fire tender .....

Still very normal, sorry

i used a bucket and a sponge.

some meguiars polish, with some yellow dusters that were washed in a philips washer with aerial automatic liquid and dried by air.
