| I had some dirt marks on my VRS seats and carpets. I used "Vanish" Carpet and Upholstery cleaner to try and get rid of them. It worked a treat on the carpet and mats, they are now very clean. The seats on the other hand have been made worse and I now have a big stain on the base of all of them (the area where the dirt was). Is there any really good products out there which will get them as good as new? I don't mind a bit of scrubbing ![]() The Wife went mad at me when I showed her, boy did I get some abuse for using Vanish on the seats ![]()

| I'm assuming you treated the stains not the seat sections, ideally you sould clean the whole seat section not just the stain, Try AG interior cleaneruntitled.bmp This stuff With a soft brush i.e. (Nail brush) A vax or a damp cloth and lots of clean water. |

| I'm new to this whole get up as i have just bought a fabia VRS which had REALLY dirty seats. I used "shout" a stain remover from Tesco for £0.98 a bottle, it worked really well! However everyone says it's best to do the whole seat to stop water marks, worked for me. |

| I think my problem was that I only treated the stained area and didn't do the whole seat, which is why I now have the large water mark. Thanks I'll try out those products

| I've used the vanish soap bar on coffee stains on the seats and it seems to work very well. I do use clean sponges and towels to dry the cleaned area well after rinsing and don't seem to get water marks either.
