Want things made chrome?????

Ok guys, Im sure some one should know the answers to this one.

I want to have some parts made chrome. But the parts I want chroming are plastic!!!! So no dipping or electro plating ??
So i have heard of vacume coating??
Any ideas.

Oh the parts i want doing are wing mirror housings, and lower grill inserts..and main front grill where the Vrs badge sits on the black plastic. I have seen some crappy diy kits for passats and Bmw's.

Cheers

Tim

Try www.jhmbuttco.co.uk as they actually sell the chrome door handle covers, wing mirror covers and chrome grills (although it makes it look like a Rover). The price would be comparable to getting the plastic coated.
