Change or delete account

Hi,

I'd like to change my username as I no longer live in Totnes, looking around the forum it seems that this causes too much hassle for the admins (which is cool) but I'm not worried about my history as I rarely post, is it posible to delete my existing account and then create a new account with the new name ? I don't want to leave an unused account on the system.

If you rarely post, then what good is a new username going to give you?

We can not prevent you from signing up under a new username, but we can not allow you to have two user accounts. That's the reason why we would like to know, as when you don't tell us, we may ban both accounts when we find out.

In answer to your question, I wanted to change my user name because I no longer live in Totnes (as I stated in my original post) .

Secondly you haven't actually answered my question about deleting accounts, but I take it from the tone of your reply that it's not possible. It may help if you added that to the FAQ (where I looked first).
