| Re: Member's map query re XML error? Do you have the details of the XML error Mo as they will probably want that if there is more to help them Sounds a bit permissions based to me from just that, but then who knows.

| Re: Member's map query re XML error? Hi cheezemonkhai and thanks for replying. My query arrived as two others had noted it in a Freedom Talk thread, so was passing it on. I've just tried entering me and it asks for a "URL of the image for the marker" in the "insert information" section. What does that mean? I left that box blank and clicked to go, at which point the screen went to white with the words "Cannot open XML file". 'Tis all I know. ![]() Regards Mo |

| Re: Member's map query re XML error? Just tried and it seems to work fine for me (Firefox). When you click on the member map link do you see the overview map with all the pins in? Chris

| Re: Member's map query re XML error? Ah I appear to have added myself years ago, but it would seem I can't change mine. Chris

| Re: Member's map query re XML error? For info, I got the map with pins, got the map even down to my street level (rather than satellite pic of UK). It shouldn't be necessary to engage Firefox methinks... Not exactly an earth-stopping query or a top priority site-wise, but I guess the map has been included as a facility as it's useful for meets as well as knowing where our "neighbours" are in other countries ![]() Mo |
