Problem With friends account

Iam posting on behalf of my friends Nic & Chris.
They have forgotten there password for briskoda, and they have gone though the resetting process but a new password was never sent to there e-mail address.

Could someone Please reset there account password. I dont know who/where else to post.
There account/user name is nshaunluke and if you need there e-mail address please PM myself as it wouldnt be right to post that up.

And Len he would prob forget SCOOBY as a password too, theres just no hope for some ppl
