| A few faults with my friends Superb My friend's 53plate Elegance has developed a few faults lately. The first is the rear passenger side door motor wont work/open. It was replaced a few weeks ago and has stopped again. The second is the rear parking sensors will beep all the time when reverse is selected and the last fault is the boot lock motor wont work. I have had the book lock motor done on my Superb under waranty so this might be a common fault? Would the others be linked? or just a few coincidences?

| Re: A few faults with my friends Superb Scanned the car with Vag-com today and can't see any faults other than "implausable signal" for the rear left door. The boot motor hadn't gone and was infact the switch in the drivers door that they had a problem with. I checked the remote and manual boot release and they all worked fine so I assume it's the switch that faulty. I have advised the owner to disconnect all the parking sensors and re-connect one at a time to see if he can identify the faulty sensor. Can anyone advise what "implausable signal" might mean??
