Heavy Steering

"Heavy steering on the test car. Dealer says they can change set up (up to 6 settings)"! Is this true, that it's possible to change for "heavy steering"?? How and what to do this change??

It can be changed using VAG-COM or the dealer diagnostic stuff. If it's the same as the Fabia, the blocks to change and the acceptable codings are in the VAG-COM guide on here

can you seriously change this on, say, an 03 superb? i'm very skeptical but would like to be proved wrong...
