| Re: Launch Photos of New Superb... Sadly I can't argue with that, but I think the next 5 yrs will show it to be a very underrated car and very popular once the money has fallen out of them. As for the Phaeton rear, I wish it was more like the Phaeton myself. Looking at the sizes, the Sup will be 20cm narrower and shorter roughly than the VW. |

| Re: Launch Photos of New Superb... Skoda confirmed on the press release today that the top engine is 191KW. It is either 3.2FSI V6 or 3.6. Nobody seems quite sure and I can't find an engine with exactly that output in the Passat or A6.

| Re: Launch Photos of New Superb... I think the size or lack of it of the boot panel where it meets the C pillar is ruining the look of it, it's got a kinda exec look that goes off in to mundane rep hatch ground, have to see it in the flesh to really get an idea. And I've never been a fan of rear lights that encroach in to the boot panel. |

I think that it's a realistic possibility to get something 3.0 Litres Plus, the 2.8V6 isn't that fast on paper at least due to the size and weight of the car, and what with this one being even bigger, I think it could happen

I still maintain it wont have anything as big as a 3.6 in it, I guess we'll see when it's released, I think people keep forgetting that it's a Skoda, a budget brand. No-one in there right mind would ever buy a 3.6 Superb, you'd have to be retarded. I'm sure those wheels look familiar, Vectra SRi? | |

| Re: Launch Photos of New Superb... If I'm to get one it won't be for looks, as long as the DSG is in it and there is the rear leg still, it will get considered as my next one, is this a one only style? by one only I mean no dedicated saloon with a rigid rear window? |
