| Parrot CK3100 into a Superb hi folks, I;m going to install a parrot Ck3100 car kit into my 06 Superb with a rhapsody radio. I know I can but Skoda -> ISO adaptor leads to push the phone audio thru the front speakers, but I saw this picture on another forum here about AUX inputs and was wondering if I can wire the parrot directly into the radio and play the sound from the CK3100 thru the Rhapsody using the Tel AF+ and Tel AF- inputs. If so do I need an audio relay or can I just connect directly into the these cables ? Are these TEL inputs and also the AUX inputs standard on all Skoda units with the three audio controls (Bass, Mid and Treb) ??? Last edited by valheru; 06-02-2008 at 23:07. |

| Re: Parrot CK3100 into a Superb You can. On the parrot kit there are two wires without connectors. You should be able to use these plus the mute cable to interrupt the headunit.

| Briskodian | Re: Parrot CK3100 into a Superb But you will need to buy the correct connector for the radio and the correct terminating wires. I have no idea what the rhapsody unit is like from behind but if it is CAN-BUS you will need special adapters and a switched live or a custom loom. If it is ISO you can just loop it into the parrot and let it do the sound through the front speakers itself. If it is ISO the green connector is a different type to that for the CAN radios. That radio pic you have is for a Stream/Audience CAN based unit from an octy II.

| Re: Parrot CK3100 into a Superb I suppose I'd better get the radio out and see what the connections actually are like ... How would I know if it's CAN-BUS or not ? And if it is CAN BUS what are these special connectors and terminating cables ? thanks again ! |

| Briskodian | Re: Parrot CK3100 into a Superb Can bus is as per above, ISO will be 2 * 8 pin connectors. If you do a search on here you will find the part numbers, but I can't to hand remember them I'm afraid. Your local dealer should be able to sort you out though.
