Ski bag removal?

Hi, I have the pleasure in driving a 02 Superb 1.8T Comfort, I love everything about the car but whilst I understand the purpose of the Ski bag I live quite away from the Alps and have no plan's in driving there! Seriously though I do find it restricts the conveneince of the ski flap especially as my car is pre folding rear seats, Short of cutting it out is it possible to remove it completly so it can be put back in at a later date? Cheers all

I also have the Ski Flap Bag but I do not have the luxury of the folding rear seats!!

In answer to your question, you can remove it no problems, look a little closer and you will find that it can be 'pulled' out from it's aperture.

Re: Ski bag removal?

I removed my one a while ago, but put it back as i didnt really need to use the hatch. Fairly pointless part of the car if you ask me.

Have used it a few times for carrying lengths of wood etc.It is useful for keeping sawdust, shavings and other **** out of the passenger compartment.

I usually put my hockey sticks in their when myself and the team head away for weekend trips, ideal to maximise boot capacity!!
