| Briskodian | Spare Key - Cost effective solution Hello I have just purchased a Superb 55 plate 1.9TDi Classic 100ps. I am very happy with it so far.  It only came with one key and I need a spare, I have read horror stories about purchasing from EBAY whats the most cost effective solution. Cheers Sterlos |

| Re: Spare Key - Cost effective solution I bought a key from Ebay (Poland I think) and coded it myself. Had to get the imobiser code from the dealers and get the blade cut. I already had vag-com to do the actual encoding. I'm not 100% on the individual costs but I think they were roughly Key = £15 Blade cut = £5 Imobilser code = £15 Total = £35 Dealer price for above = £200+
