| Re: advice needed 2.1 DVD Home Cinema System I just bought a 32" Toshiba HD thingy and the speakers on that are sh*te too.I have got a home cinema system from Asda.I don,t know what make it is but it has the letter D on it and has a 50W sound output and has 6 speakers. It supports 2.1 and 5.1 also. The sound is amazing and it can also blow your ears off if needed it cost me £29.95.Hope this helps you. Some Asda stuff is good ![]()

| Re: advice needed 2.1 DVD Home Cinema System Logitech Z3 Speakers - TrustedReviews Don't be put off by the fact that the speakers in the link are inexpensive and designed for Pc use, I employed a smaller, cheaper set with my previous tv in a 12' x 13' room and they were fine.Logitech are good value for money, and if you're watching a movie and crank up the little sub, you'll certainly feel it rumbling around. The ones I had were £39, so at £80 the Z3's should be pretty good, as the review seems to suggest. The speakers are 'powered' and plug directly into your tv's headphone jack (no need for amp/receiver) Hope this helps ![]() Edit : Pc world now have Z4's, if you can no longer source Z3's (£52? web price) ![]()
