So if any one else is interested in being on the stand I need to know by 12pm saturday.
Is it Wellingborough you're staying at? Don't go putting Wellington into your Sat Nav-lord knows where you'll end up

Re: Gti festival santa pod 15th April

NO!!!!

Not my first ever 1/4 mile run, where I got no traction to the point of axle-tramp, fluffed a gear change, had a crap reaction time..... and came in behind!!!

I'm hoping 'skodadling along' will find a way to post his video clips !!

I learn't my lesson

Would like to go along to one of these eventually. When is the next planned one where a few Briskies will be in attendance?.

Re: Gti festival santa pod 15th April

The next GTI day - for water cooled VAG cars is ...............

Sun 8th July GTI Festival RWYB for water-cooled VWs. GTI Festival -

£15 per person - Track Fee £20 for unlimited runs ...........................

But there are numerous RWYB (Run What You Bring) days throughout the year which could be turned into a Brisky meet if there was enough interest.

Easy to check on Drag Racing at Santa Pod Raceway UK - calender

Just needs a few people to show a definite interest before anyone will book a club place -

On the 14th the place was packed with VWs and there were hundreds of people queueing to run so a RWYB day might be a better bet if there were enough Briskys interested in a simple meet and run typical price £10 per person plus £20 for unlimited runs.
