| Not just you and Des, just sorting a few things ![]() Sessions are a bit of a pain in the ***. NEver know, you could try the novice 1st which is how john has run them beopfre at anglesey, then say na I'm intermediate. That said 20 mins is a good length of time, 5 mins cool down min...10 mins natter tea loo, tea, loo, fag, warm car up...tap dash for 10 mins...about right ![]()
