Convoy from Birmingham area on the 3rd?

Hullo

Just proposing a small convoy from around Birmingham on Saturday, to go to that place we all know where we're going but I don't want to make too public...

I'm proposing arrive at Hilton Park services for a leaving time of around 8.15ish, which should leave more than enough time to get to where we need to go.

(why not use some of the new smilies)

Any takers make their feelings known to all.

Don't do it. Although it doen't surprise me, you thinking of it

Hilton Park services are after the junction you need to take to get on the M54, but it'd only add 10-15 miles to your journey

Yeah - It'll add a couple of K's - c'est la vie.

It's surprisingly not too bad because the first junction off the M6 north from Hilton is only a mile away then there's a neat little triangle down to the next junction along the M54 from the M6 junction, so it's not really bad at all IMO. Certainly worked on the National Meet weekend.

I'll be going on the A49 (Hereford, Ludlow, Craven Arms) to join the A5 somewhere t'other side of Church Stretton.

Not received yet, matt. But Hilton Park @ 8am will be the time and the place. Just enough time then for a wizz and a stretch of the legs and onward to you know where! :drive:
