I'm not officially off anytime over xmas but I'm sure I can slip a day in somewhere.

If it ends up in Jan I'm stuffed on Sundays from 11th Jan until 18th April due to the show I'm producing.

Really don't want to have to miss this one like I did with the Derby meet.

I think as it's informal, it might just have to be run more than once

Give the thread time to cycle round the nightly posters, it's a Big A road route where there is little need to exceed national limits due to the fun packed nature of mountain roads

Bummox

Just realised this will probably be my last meet until after April - not good.

It will be strange hurtling (within the confines of the speed limit) Wales on four wheels instead of two.

I'll do my upmost to be there.

Gonna be a long day I think if I can't get some overnight accommodation up there.

Will the start be Chirk again? - If the route goes South, I may hook up with the convoy part way around.

Can't make this one im afraid as having to take wife and baby to the outlaws in Wales over Christmas ..... although this does driving mean the quality roads on the way to Porthmadog including the A4212 If the route goes anywhere near that part of North Wales between the 22nd December & 29th December please can someone give me a PM and I might be able to escape the confines of the house

I could do the 20th. Unforutnately, the 21st is out. Apart from that, any weekend day till 5th Jan or possibly Friday 26th or 2nd. Can't do any other dates

May try and bring the missus along - been escaping to too many meets recently and she's getting a little miffed so considering "ladies" are invited, she may tag along... Or rather, I'll suggest it to let her know she's invited and won't feel guilty about going on my own, leaving her behind if she says no

Jan 2nd or 3rd sounds good. I should have sobered up from New Years Eve by then!

Would somebody be kind enough to post this info or point me to where it is, I scoured the thread and it all seems pretty cryptic ?

@Patkin,

Normally this is kept hush hush. A trait carried over from other forums more than assuming the fed's are reading our boards.

Dates areas discussed, start points, well Owestry is a good point to consider, normally between the hours of 9 and 10, however if your replying to this thread, you'll get a PM soon. Will nail date tonight, but there is nothing stopping lots of dates

If it's the second or third, I should be able to tag along. Are you going Andy?

2nd or 3rd are both ideal for me.

This little several hundred mile jaunt is gonna get me SO close to the 50K service interval...

I shall be going.

If it's the 2nd I'll throw a sicky and if it's the 3rd I'll have a hangover but I shall be there - not sure in which car though.
