Okay all, pace, as is, as needed and certainly not in excess

Partly sightseeing I guess as it's lakes and mountains.

As an update and very last minute...I'm running it tomorrow to make sure it's as good as I think it should be...

So if your up for it, call me on 07900 826101 between 21:00 and 23:00...Owestry for 8am or 9am, will discuss on le phon.

Des, I can think of only one road where the Superb will be out of place

Any bend thats taken above 5mph and the Superb will be out of place, mostly on the wrong side of the road.

No need to be so pessimistic, Des. :p

I'll be running in the faster group if there is one, and the conditions allow because I fancy giving my remap a wee bit of a test. VROOOOMM! :drive1:

May be decatted too hopefully

Oh, and Des, I may be in Chatham Monday, so will keep an eye out for a barge with you behind the wheel - Getting a new engine for mate's XJR - long story - he will try and race me and blow engines won't he?

"Chatham" is about as precise as I know at the moment...

I'm not sure what fun it will be to drive all that way in a P100.

edited to copy the list - adding Des.

Jason (Devonutopia)
Matt (Fabiatdi)
Col G (Neo_VR)
Faye (Faye)
Jane (JaneC) - maybe
Andy (Spinndrift)
Mike (KLB)
Paul (ffelan)
Ian (Tavia4x4)
Colin (ColinD)
Pete (mellowyellow)
Nick(ncarring)
Phil (Clarey)
Huck (er, Huck)
Xavier (tfboy)
Rich (Richie the Red)
Des (delcac) - will be driving in style.

edited a 2nd time to say I've seen a long range forecast for the 3rd, and it looks like the Friday before will be dry, winds coming from North, so I reckon it will be cold, but more importantly dry, and there should be no snow.

May have to opt out of this one ! 5 hours to get there + the drive out + 5 hours home again. Sounds like a bit too much for me

Have a good :drive:

Interested

You can add me but let me know the route please by PM because Oswesty is a bit too far north for me, hopefully I can join in a more southerly section of the route.

@ Patkin.
Route this time is more northern biased, mainly as I know the roads. Owestry is about as far south as we go this time. Spring and summer sees forays to the south. It isn't that far, unless your right down in the SW I guess, but do understand. Will PM you full route.

Colin, have PMs been sent ? I haven't received anything.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but if anyone's after a driving PS2 game (or any other PS2 game for that matter) and want me to bring along to the meet, please let me know.
Now have MotoGP3 and F1 2003 for £15. I'm not doing it for profit, sell price is same as cost to me. Games are full wrapped originals of course (I work in Basingstoke - hint hint!)

What time Colin ?

I presume you're talking about this Oswestry ?

Sorry to be pedantic, but it's a just a tad further than Derby and I want to make sure I'll be heading the right way.

Cheers
