| Re: just been driving round N.Wales... any meets soon? Hi, TBH I only get up round that way about once a year. I used to go up JUST to drive the Porthmaddog to Beddgelert road and then back up to Capel Curig. A 3 hr drive just to drive 10 miles of road then back! They are even better in the night... |

| Re: just been driving round N.Wales... any meets soon? Funnily enough, I'm from N. Wales and on a recent trip to the lakes found some cracking roads up there... Not heard any plans for a meet recently but I'm hoping one will be organised now we've got a bit of a summer. It might be worth posting in the North Wales section as well as I'm sure some of that lot will be interested in a drive round. |

| Re: just been driving round N.Wales... any meets soon? ColinD has done a North-Wales based drive out before, I attended one in '05. Was cracking and included some of the Evo test routes round the foot of Snowdon etc. Met just south of Chester, near the border IIRC. Not sure if he's got the time to sort anything at the moment, but definitely one to bear in mind... Steve

I stopped in Porthmaddog, and did a bit of a drive up and around snowdon Wardy! the roads were great (and yes, we do have some good roads up here in the lakes, but the ones in wales don't seem to be crammed with very slow tourists like up here! lol..)
